    Important Information to consider before booking
    1. Ulive is strictly non-smoking environment and no person is permitted to smoke within complex.
    <\/em>2. Ulive is not suitable for people travelling with pets.<\/em><\/p>

    Deposits\/Security<\/strong>
    A credit card is required to secure all bookings. Full payment is required prior to check-in. In event if a cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival no refund is available. If you cancel 15+ days prior to arrival, payment will be refunded, less the $50 administration fee as well as any other charges charged to us by the booking website. We strongly advise guests to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover you in the event that you need to cancel.
    Any damage, additional cleaning, missing items or deodorising charges (if guests smoke in the unit which is strictly non-smoking) will also be charged to your credit card used to secure your booking upon departure.<\/p>


    How to Pay Your Deposit and Balance <\/strong>
    We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard or electronic transfer of funds for payment. However, a credit card is required as security for all bookings. Payment by cheque is by prior arrangement only.

    Check In and Departure Times<\/strong>
    Check in is normally between 2 and 7pm, and we ask that guests vacate their room by 11am on day of departure. If you will be arriving after 7pm, please let us know so that arrangement can be made accordingly.
